Pro-Kolin Enterogenic is a supplement designed for dogs and cats to support their intestinal health. It works by reinforcing and supporting the intestinal mucosal barrier, which consists of cells lining the large intestine. This helps to enhance the intestinal immune system and restore the balance between beneficial and harmful bacteria in the gut.

Ingredients:

• Alpha-glucan butyrogenic: This resistant starch undergoes fermentation by the resident microflora, resulting in the production of butyrate, a short-chain fatty acid that serves as the preferred energy source for colonocytes (cells lining the large intestine).
• MPS Protect: A mucopolysaccharide that strengthens the intestinal mucin.
• Cobalamin (vitamin B12): Maintains normal serum cobalamin levels, which can often be depleted during long-term digestive disturbances.
• Probiotics: Contains Enterococcus faecium (DSM 10663/ NCIMB 10415) 4b1707, a strain registered in the European Union.
• Prebiotics: Provides a food source for beneficial bacteria. Pro-Kolin Enterogenic includes Preplex prebiotic (fructo-oligosaccharide and Gum arabic), mannan-oligosaccharide (MOS), and beta-glucans.
• Artificial beef and chicken flavoring: Added to enhance palatability and ensure compliance.

Administration:

Mix the recommended dosage of Pro-Kolin Enterogenic with your pet's food on a daily basis. The duration of use should be determined by your veterinary surgeon or based on your pet's specific needs. The dosage guide is as follows:

• 5-15kg body weight: 1 sachet daily
• 15-35kg body weight: 2 sachets daily
• More than 35kg body weight: 3 sachets daily

 

Storage:
