Seresto for dogs prevents flea infestations (adults & larvae in the home) for up to 8 months and controls all ticks for 4 months. It contains the active ingredients imidacloprid and flumethrin which are diffused through lipid layer in skin and on hair. Available for dogs up to 18lbs and over 18lbs.

Directions of Use
Dosage and Aministration
For puppies from 7 weeks of age. One collar per animal to be fastened around the neck. Small dogs and puppies up to 18lbs body weight require one Seresto for dogs and Puppies up to 18lbs. Dogs over 18lbs require one Seresto for Dogs over 18lbs.
Remove collar from protective pouch immediately before use. Unroll collar and detach plastic connectors remaining on the inside edge of the collar (these can cause mechanical irritation if not removed). Adjust the collar around the animal's neck without over-tightening (as a guide, it should be possible to insert 2 fingers between the collar and the neck). Pull collar through the loop and cut off any excess length extending beyond 2cm.
Important: Once collar is unrolled make sure that there are no plastic connectors remaining on the inside edge of the collar.
The collar should be worn continuously for the full protection period. Check periodically and adjust fit if necessary, especially when puppies are rapidly growing.

Safety Directions
Harmful if swallowed. Do not open inner pouch until ready to use. Do not allow children to play with collar. Wash hands after use. Wear gloves if applying a collar to more than one animal per day.
Possible Side Effects
Application site reactions such as dermatitis, inflammation, eczema or lesions may occur and in these instances, a temporary collar removal may be recommended until the symptoms have disappeared. In the unlikely event of the animal eating the collar mild gastrointestinal symptoms (e.g. loose stools) may occur.
