We ship our orders by the Postal Service and send all orders by first class air mail. Your order will be delivered by the US Postal Service. Most parcels (over 95%) take about 7 to 10 days, from the day of shipment, to arrive but occasionally they may take up to 12 to 16 days. Actual delivery time depends on processing time by the postal service and whether you live in a metropolitan or rural area. At times of high security, parcels may be held up in customs, unfortunately once an order is shipped we have no control over these delays. Your order may ship from Canada, Australia or New Zealand depending on the product. We source our products from where we get the best prices andthis allows us to keep the prices on our site low.
