All products sold by CanadaVet are selected by our qualified, licensed and practicing veterinarians to ensure that they are safe products from reputable companies we trust. We wouldn't sell anything that we wouldn't use on our own animals.
All products sold by us are new, and have the longest expiry date available. Products which we sell are manufactured in the same factories, with the same ingredients as those sold under the same name in the USA. To keep costs low, products are often sourced from outside the USA. This means that the packaging may be slightly different to that available in stores in the USA. For example, weights and measurements may be in metric. All instructions for use and safety notices are written in English.
Money Back Guarantee:
We stand behind the products we sell. We guarantee that the product you will receive will be the product you ordered (no counterfeits or substitutions!) and will arrive in good useable condition within 28 days of placing your order. For OTC products, we will even give you a refund if you simply change your mind and decide you no longer want the product before you use it (product must be returned un-opened and in saleable condition ). Simply contact us at info@canadavet.com for details on how to receive your replacement or refund. Please note, we are not responsible for delivery issues where a customer gives us incorrect or incomplete address details.
Price:
Because we operate over the internet we offer great savings. Most of our products are between 30 and 60 percent less than the recommended retail price in the USA and postage, handling and full insurance on orders over $68.00 is absolutely free, no matter what size your order!
Our Price Promise: If a customer finds the total price of the products he or she wishes to buy cheaper on any USA or Canadian pet online pharmacy we will match their price*.

Delivery :
We guarantee prompt delivery. Your order will be filled within 2 working days whenever possible. If, for some reason outside our control, we can't dispatch your order within 5 days, we will contact you by email. Most of our orders arrive in 7 to 10 days, however in some rare circumstances, some orders are held up in customs and can take up to 28 days for delivery. If your order has not arrived within 28 days of order, please contact our call center.
