Frontline Plus for dogs is a topical 'spot-on' application for the treatment and prevention of flea infestation, brown dog tick, the American dog tick, lone star tick and deer ticks (the major carrier of Lyme disease) on dogs and puppies. Frontline Plus has a rapid onset of action and kills re-infestations with newly acquired adult fleas for at least 1 month, and also prevents the development of flea eggs, larvae and pupae produced by any adult fleas acquired for up to 3 months after treatment. Frontline Plus also treats and controls Flea Allergy Dermatitis in dogs. It can be used on puppies from 8 weeks of age and is safe to use on breeding, pregnant or lactating animals.

Directions for Frontline Plus for Dogs
For use on dogs and puppies 8 weeks or older. Place the applicator tip through the animal?s hair to the skin level between the shoulder blades. Apply the entire contents of the applicator in a single spot to the animal?s skin. Use only one applicator per treatment. This product packaged in doses for dogs and puppies in small 11 to 22 lbs ( yellow pack), medium 23-44 lbs (blue pack), large 45-88 lbs (purple pack) and extra large 89-132 lbs (red pack).

Side effects of Frontline Plus for Dogs
This product is for external use on dogs and puppies 8 weeks or older Consult a veterinarian before using on medicated animals, animals using this product with other pesticides, and debilitated or aged animals. Frontline Plus is safe for use on pregnant and lactating animals. This product is flammable. Keep away from heat and open flame. This product causes eye irritation in humans and is harmful if swallowed. Avoid contact with skin. Call poison control center if swallowed. If on skin, wash with plenty of soap and water. If in eyes, flush with plenty of water.
